I'm Faris Rustamov, a Full Stack developer from Dushanbe. Since early 2026 I'm the CTO of the Hizmatrason product group (an IT Park Tajikistan resident). Since 2022 I've been shipping turnkey freelance projects: from architecture to deployment and support.
